The following information pertains to the third batch of graduate student transfer admissions for 2025 at our college:

II. Transfer Application Process

1. Candidates must log in to the China Graduate Student Enrollment Information Network (http://yz.chsi.com.cn) and access the Master’s Degree Transfer Service System to review transfer information from our college. Eligible candidates should complete the application and submit their transfer preferences promptly after the system opens.

2. After receiving transfer applications, our college will determine the list of candidates eligible for the re-examination and issue a re-examination notice along with a list of required qualification review materials via the transfer system. Candidates must submit the electronic versions of these materials in a timely manner; otherwise, they will be deemed to have forfeited their re-examination opportunity.

3. Candidates who have confirmed the notice and submitted the review materials will participate in the transfer re-examination organized by our college. Candidates who fail to participate in the re-examination within the specified time will be considered to have withdrawn from the transfer re-examination, and no separate arrangements will be made.

III. Requirements for Re-examination Qualification Review Materials
Candidates who wish to participate in the transfer re-examination at our college must send electronic copies of the following materials in advance to the email address: rgznyjs@tust.edu.cn. Please compile the scanned copies or photos of the materials in the order listed below into a single PDF file. The file name should follow the format: "Admission Ticket Number + Name of Applied Transfer Program + Full Name." The email subject should also follow the same format. Candidates are required to strictly adhere to these guidelines when submitting materials. Please double-check all materials before submission. If there are any special circumstances, please explain them in the body of the email.

1. Admission Ticket (if lost, it can be re-downloaded from the China Graduate Student Enrollment Information Network).

2. Valid Resident ID Card (front and back). If the ID card is lost, a temporary ID card (valid within the period) or a household registration certificate issued by the public security authority (with a recent one-inch photo and an official seal) must be submitted.

3. Academic Credentials and Student Status Materials:

• Fresh Undergraduate Graduates: Online Verification Report of Student Status (China Higher Education Student Information Network).

• Previous Graduates: Online Verification Report of Academic Certificate (China Higher Education Student Information Network) or China Higher Education Academic Qualification Certification Report.

• Candidates Who Obtained Academic Degrees Overseas: Overseas Academic Degree Certification Report (China Academic Degrees and Graduate Education Information Center).

4. University Academic Transcript (stamped by the academic affairs office or archive management department of the graduating institution).

5. *Tianjin University of Science and Technology 2025 Master’s Degree Graduate Student Enrollment Examination Candidate Integrity Re-examination Commitment Letter* (printed, handwritten signature).

6. Ideological and Political Assessment Form (downloadable from the university’s graduate school website or the college’s website), reviewed, filled out, and stamped by the personnel or political department of the candidate’s file storage unit.

According to relevant documents of Tianjin, a re-examination fee of 90 yuan per candidate is required. Payment Method: Payment should be made via the China Higher Education Student Information Network remote interview system. If a candidate cannot participate in the re-examination for any reason after payment, the fee will not be refunded.

Candidates who receive the re-examination notice must pay the re-examination fee and submit the materials to the designated email address rgznyjs@tust.edu.cn by 10:30 on April 14. Late submissions will be considered a waiver of the re-examination qualification.

Candidates who have passed the re-examination qualification review but wish to withdraw for personal reasons must fill out the Voluntary Waiver of Re-examination Qualification Statement (see attachment) and send it to the email address rgznyjs@tust.edu.cn.

IV. Opening Time of the Transfer System on the China Graduate Student Enrollment Information Network
From 10:00 on April 13, 2025, to 09:00 on April 14, 2025. If the number of applicants is insufficient, the system opening time may be extended appropriately.

V. Re-examination Content
The content and requirements of the transfer re-examination are the same as those for first-choice candidates.
