Oversees overall Party affairs of the institute, including organizational work, united front work, ideological work, spiritual civilization, stability maintenance, faculty ideological education, cybersecurity and IT construction, Party school operations, confidentiality, alumni relations, trade union (faculty congress) work, and retiree affairs.

Zhang Xiankun

Deputy  Party Com-mittee Secretary & Dean

Leads overall administrative work of the institute, including strategic planning, talent recruitment and development, international exchanges, industry-academia collaboration, and Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan affairs.

Han Jing

Deputy  Party Com-mittee Secretary & Discipline Inspection Commission Secretary

Manages student ideological education and related administrative work. Oversees cadre management, propaganda and ideological culture, student affairs, Communist Youth League work, employment services, and mental health initiatives. Responsible for disciplinary inspection, supervision, and public complaints, assisting the Party Committee in advancing comprehensive and strict governance over the Party, and fulfilling duties of supervision, discipline enforcement, and accountability. Assists the Party Committee in promoting clean governance and integrity. Supervises the Student Affairs Office, Tianjin Artificial Intelligence Education Popularization Base, and the AI Institute Achievement Exhibition Hall.

Shi Yancui

Responsible for the "educational and teaching-related work for undergraduate students, including undergraduate admissions, Sino-Japanese cooperative education programs, and college students' technological innovation and entrepreneurship initiatives. Oversees the 'college's Innovation and Entrepreneurship Practice Center.

Yang Shuo

Vice Dean

Oversees administrative logistics, workplace safety, and related operations. Manages personnel affairs, financial operations, state-owned asset management, procurement, bidding, archives, laboratory construction and management, social examinations, and legal compliance. Supervises the Institute Party Committee (Administrative) Office and the Experimental Center.

Leads discipline (degree) construction, scientific research, transformation of technological achievements, research platform development, graduate education and teaching, and graduate admissions.
