On August 8, 2024, the 20th International Conference on Intelligent Computing (ICIC 2024) was held in Tianjin. During the conference, some Chinese and foreign delegates visited the Artificial Intelligence Practice Base of Tianjin University of Science and Technology (TUST) and Tianjin Cloud Sage Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., gaining an in-depth understanding of Tianjin's latest development achievements and technological innovations in the field of artificial intelligence.
As a key construction project of Tianjin Municipality in 2023, the Artificial Intelligence Practice Base of TUST consists of two parts: an artificial intelligence practice base and an intelligent manufacturing training center. It provides qualification certification and training for on-campus students, promotes the integrated development of academic education and vocational education, and plays a vital role in improving the university's teaching facilities, innovating the college's institutional mechanisms, and deepening the integration of production and education. With its advanced facilities, rich application scenarios, and forward-looking educational philosophy, the base left a profound impression on the visitors.


During the visit to Cloud Sage Intelligent Technology, the delegates personally experienced the company's "integrated aircraft-network-cloud" system solution, which takes artificial intelligence as the core and integrates 4D real-scene mapping, industrial drones, fully automatic airports, and other technologies. As a national-level specialized, refined, characteristic, and innovative "Little Giant" enterprise, Cloud Sage Intelligent's drone products have applications in fields such as electric power, oil and gas, emergency rescue, and smart cities, demonstrating the enormous potential of artificial intelligence technology in driving the development of new quality productive forces and low-altitude economy.

During the visit, Chinese and foreign delegates unanimously stated that this activity not only deepened their understanding of the current development status of artificial intelligence in Tianjin but also revealed broad prospects for future cooperation and exchanges. They expressed expectations for further strengthening international cooperation in the field of intelligent computing, jointly promoting the innovation and development of artificial intelligence technology, and contributing more wisdom and strength to the progress of human society.
