Cultivating the practical training classroom, strengthening the cornerstone of employment. To further implement the "Vanguard Plan - Undergraduate Solid Foundation" initiative, deepen university-enterprise cooperation, and simultaneously assist Class of 2022 students from the School of Artificial Intelligence in integrating theoretical knowledge with practice, thereby cultivating their practical and innovative abilities, the college leadership attached great importance to this practical training course. On the noon of June 12, seven enterprises and a practical training center were invited to the Thousand-Person Auditorium in Yanquan Building to conduct the orientation session for the graduation practical training / enterprise training.

  

At the beginning of the session, to enable students to deeply connect with enterprise practice scenarios and further understand actual corporate work, Professor Zhang Xiankun, Dean of the School of Artificial Intelligence, first emphasized to everyone the significant importance of practical training for students in transforming theoretical knowledge into practical skills and enhancing their employment competitiveness. Subsequently, Dean Chen Yarui detailed the curriculum system and training objectives of the practical training course, giving students a clearer and deeper understanding of the training goals, processes, and requirements.

After the introduction by the session host, the seven enterprises sequentially introduced their practical training courses. CETC Kingbase (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd., starting from the policy background of the IT application innovation initiative, designed 20 practical cases for the DBA track. The Tianjin Public Vocational Skills Training Center briefly introduced the center's basic information, development history, and business scope, focusing particularly on two training directions: the application of industrial robots and OpenHarmony application and device development. Kaitai Vocational Training School, in line with national policy support, detailed the job content and development prospects of the profession of AI Trainer.

Tianjin Saiming Technology Co., Ltd. introduced specific training content, internship arrangements, and expected outcomes focusing on low-code platform development and Python/Java technology tracks. Tianjin Gongshi Center Vocational Skills Training School Co., Ltd. showcased the strong faculty team of their training center and emphasized they will focus on practical training in network attack and defense. The Dongjiang Digital Economy Industry-Education Consortium Training Base also introduced the learning environment, including hardware facilities and learning atmosphere, highlighting the importance of the information security practical training course through their enterprise collaborations. Tianjin Xiqing District Lezhi Vocational Training School utilizes existing commercial products to combine students' acquired knowledge with actual market demands.

The in-depth sharing and discussions between the School of Artificial Intelligence and the seven enterprises provided students with a comprehensive understanding of the training directions, content, and requirements, leading to clearer choices regarding their professional studies. Subsequently, the college will continue to advance university-enterprise cooperation, assisting Class of 2022 students in mastering professional skills through practical training, engaging in enterprise practice, smoothly transitioning from the classroom to the workplace, and laying a solid foundation for their future career development.
